Villa Rodi is a private 180 m² villa arranged over three floors, featuring a private pool and outdoor jacuzzi.

On the ground floor, bedrooms provide direct access to the outdoor area, private garden, and pool, offering comfort and privacy with a layout suitable for everyday living.

On the main floor, there is a fully furnished living room with a fireplace and a 32-inch plasma TV, with a sofa that can also be used as a bed. The same level includes the fully equipped kitchen, a WC, and direct access to furnished terraces with open views. The living room is also arranged to accommodate guests with mobility needs.

On the upper floor, a bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony occupies the highest point of the residence, offering unobstructed sea and mountain views.

Wooden floors, exposed chestnut-wood ceilings, and warm furnishings enhance the sense of calm created by the open views of the olive grove and the sea through the many openings, terraces, and garden.

All areas are air-conditioned and equipped with their own TVs. Internet connection is available via Wi-Fi.

Ground Floor
The villa is arranged over three levels and is designed to comfortably support guests with mobility needs at the living-room level.
Three bedrooms are located on this level.
The first includes a double bed (1.60 × 2.00) and an en-suite bathroom.
The second includes two single beds (0.90 × 2.00) that can be joined to form a double, with exclusive use of a bathroom located outside the bedroom.
The third bedroom has an independent entrance, does not connect internally with the others, and includes two single beds (0.90 × 2.00) that can be joined to form a double, plus an en-suite bathroom.
All rooms have direct access to the furnished private courtyard, garden, and the villa’s outdoor areas.
A corridor with a washing machine is also located on this level.

First Floor (Main Entrance)
This level includes the living room with sofas and armchairs, an energy-efficient fireplace, and direct access to a furnished terrace, connected to the private pool and jacuzzi area.
Also on this level are the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for eight guests and a bathroom. The main entrance provides easy access from the parking area and supports accessibility needs.

Second Floor
The highest level hosts the fourth bedroom with a double bed (1.60 × 2.00), an en-suite bathroom, and a small private balcony with open views of the sea and mountain.
